La Villa Antica

La casa è dotata di due appartamenti che sono collocati in un'antica villa del 17° secolo. Gli ingressi sono separati ed il proprietario abita al secondo piano, in un insieme abitativo di oltre 10.000 mq di giardino con splendida visione sulle colline circostanti e l’Appennino Tosco-Emiliano. La residenza è dotata di campo da tennis (in erba battuta) molto curato ed ha anche uno spazio con tavolo e sedie per pranzare all’aperto.
L’insieme turistico è arricchito da una piscina privata mentre, l’intero terreno, è circondato da antichi muri di pietra.
Al primo piano: entrata laterale, piccolo corridoio, 1 camera con due letti singoli, 2 camere matrimoniali, sala, soggiorno, un divano letto, sala pranzo, cucina con fornello/forno, frigorifero/freezer, lavandino in pietra. Bagno con WC, bidet e vasca/doccia e lavatrice.
L’arredamento è molto semplice ed adatto per una tipica casa vacanza toscana. A richiesta viene fornito anche un letto per bambino
E’ possibile noleggiare 4 biciclette per passeggiate nella natura.

Two holiday homes situated in an antique 17th century villa with beautiful views on the surrounding hills. Thise Villa is set in a vast ground of 10'000 sqm, mostly lawns, which is completely enclosed by an old stone wall, ideal for children. To help to make the maximum use of summer living there is a well maintained lawn-tennis court, a swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Table, chairs and barbecue are provided for outside dining. This Villa offers an opportunity to spend a peaceful, relaxing holiday, but it is also an excellent base to explore all parts of Tuscany.
The owners live in a self-contained apartment on the seconds floor, each holiday home has its own independent entrance.
Ground floor: separate entrance, antechamber with table and a double bed settee, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower/bidet/wc, 1 separate wc with lavabo,
kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, fireplace, Beautifully decorated with pieces of antique furniture.

Das ganze Grundstück ist von einer antiken Steinmauer umgeben. Gedeckter Parkplatz unter einer Pergola am Haus. Geeignet zum Relaxen und für Ausflüge aller Art. 4 Fahrräder stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung.
